     At TIM ZEPP ENGINES we have over 18 successful years in the high end, high quality engine building business.The engine combinations we offer is designed by our team of engineers, every part gets measured, checked, and recorded. Then meticulously hand assembled by one of our skilled craftsmen. The engine is then life cycle dyno tested and tuned to make sure you get years of great performance and reliability out on the water. That is why we have no fear of giving our engines up to a 2 year limited warranty.

TIM ZEPP ENGINES doesn't compete in the advertised engine special of the week. Believe it or not, the old adage still holds true, "you get what you pay for". if you buy a cheap engine....that is exactly what you get, a cheap unreliable engine.       Our standard deck height (9.800), sport re-power BBC engine package carry's a two year limited warranty, and range from 509 ci. to 565 ci. Our tall deck engine packages (10.200) carry a 1 year limited warranty and range from 572 ci. to 632 ci. Custom engine combinations not offered, are available upon request.Please add 2 months for design and engineering , plus build time.

     Our poker run engines carry a 90 day limited warranty, up to a full 1 year warranty, and range from 632 ci. to 808 ci. Our poker engines are efi (electronic fuel injected) or carburated. Deck heights range from 10.200 to 12.60 inch. these engines are built using custom cast iron or aluminum blocks.

All of our warranted engine packages come with a complete, easy to follow engine maintenance schedule,and freshen up program.

 

Our 555 ci Big Block Chevy is the ultimate in the sport/poker re-power arena. It is one of the most powerful, reliable engines in it's class. Making peak horsepower @ 5500 rpm and making peak torque @ 4150 rpm's. This is one marine engine that will keep your boat on top of the water. The engine has a larger 4.560 bore to give it better breathing capabilities over other conventional marine engines on the market. The 4.250 stroke crank gives this engine a broad smooth torque curve. Fresh water cooling halts engine corrosion to give you years of reliable engine performance.
