At TIM ZEPP ENGINES we offer a true, custom tailored, balanced rotating assembly ready for you to install in your engine. Each kit is designed for you with the right combination of parts for your particular application, Some cranks are from Eagle, Scat or K1. Others have a Callies, sonny bryant or winberg billet steel crank. Some kits have K1 4340 connecting rods or billet oliver rods some have MGP custom aluminum rods or oliver titanium rods. Every kit comes with a critical bearing clearance and inspection sheet. every journal of the crank is measured and recorded to make sure the journals are round and are the correct size with no taper across the journal.each rod and main bearing is measured, to insure bearing shell consistency, each rod is torqued and measured to check for proper size,and the bearing clearances are all matched and blue printed. and we give you the main bearing housing size that your engine block needs to be. the crank is balanced and micro polished.
